CANCELLATION POLICY
Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you with relaxation in mind. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies. Should you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Your deposit is transferable if used within 7 days of the cancellation. As a courtesy to our spa guests, any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation FEE of 50% of the cost of the scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in FULL for their scheduled service. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. IF YOU ARE 15 MINS LATE, YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED AND WILL BE SUBJECT TO A CANCELLATION FEE OF 50% If you are running late, a phone call is always appreciated. If we are not able to adjust your appointment, your arrival time will determine the length of your treatment and end as scheduled. Thank you.
